Joining this programme has been more than a certification journey. It has helped me deepen the way I listen, the way I stay present, and the way I support people to find their own clarity. What I valued most was not only learning coaching tools, but growing as a coach and as a leader, with more courage, awareness and human depth. It has strengthened something that was already important to me: helping people grow through meaningful conversations.
