You will develop your coaching skills through professional training, practice, reflection and Mentor Coaching, guided by experienced coaching professionals and grounded in ICF standards.

The Programme

16 training days. Two blocks. One professional journey.

The education is structured into two blocks of eight training days, taking you from foundational coaching skills to professional-level coaching competence.

Throughout the programme, you will learn through practice, reflection and feedback. Mentor Coaching, observed coaching sessions, practice clients, peer coaching and a deep dive into Ethics are integral parts of the education — ensuring you develop not only knowledge, but the practical competence and confidence to coach professionally.

Every component is designed to support your development and successful completion of the programme.

This education is accredited by ICF, (International Coaching Federation)

Why ICF Credentialing?

ICF education provides a comprehensive framework for learning and applying coaching methodologies, helping individuals develop the skills necessary to create meaningful change in both personal and professional environments.

IS ICF Certification Mandatory After Completing Level 2?

No, ICF certification is not automatically mandatory after completing Level 2 education. However, certification is typically the next step after completing an ICF-accredited coach training programme. 

ICF Credentialing process

Upon successful completed Master Certification Programme for Coaches and Leaders, you will receive a certificate Level 2, issued by CoachCompanion.

To start the credentialing process at ICF, all you need to do is to apply and upload your certificate from CoachCompanion for desired credentialing (ACC or PCC) After the application has been reviewed, you will be guided to take an examination, conducted by the ICF.

CoachCompanion aims to achieve the highest passing score of our participants at the ICF’s examination platform. We partner with you throughout the whole process.
