The Programme
These 16 days coaching education consists of 2 Blocks, 8 training days each. In the first Block, you will learn basic coaching skills. Block 2 will take your coaching skills to a professional level.
Mentor coaching, observed sessions and assignments compulsory for successful completion of your education followed by Performance Evaluation are spread throughout the education process.
The whole education is based on the core competencies defined by ICF, (International Coaching Federation) to support professional coaches on a global market.
ICF Credentialing
Once you have successfully completed Master Certification Programme for Coaches and Leaders, you will receive a certificate Level 2, issued by CoachCompanion.
To start the credentialing process at ICF, you need to apply and upload your certificate from CoachCompanion. Upon receiving your application for desired credentialing (ACC or PCC) you will be guided to take an examination, conducted by ICF.
CoachCompanion aims to achieve the highest passing score of our participants at the ICF’s examination platform. We will partner with you throughout the whole process.
Support and individual solutions are offered upon onboarding this education.

Education is held via Zoom, education hours according to the schedule.
Mentor coaching
10 Mentor coaching sessions with a professional certified coach (PCC) both individually and in a group.
Performance Evaluation
Performance Evaluation after completion of all parts of this education.
Self-studies
This part will take at least 25 hours, spread throughout the education.

I have started the course with CoachCompanion in 2018 and it was very transformational for me in many ways. The turbulent times have started in 2019 made it even more purposeful. Coaching taught me how to look upon many things from different perspective. It is the most value based approach I have ever experience working with many development tools. My journey towards Associated Certified Coach was a positive emotional roller coaster as well one of my most valuable learning experiences.
